So far I'm very happy with this purchase. Colors are true to the photos. As other reviewers described, the rug itself is on the thin side. However, it is quite soft. I originally thought I would need to purchase an extra-thick pad to go under it, but it feels good underfoot. Like a lot of rugs, it can look different in different lighting and from different angles -- sometimes almost white, other times more grey/brown. Looks great in my living room and was delivered quickly. Time will tell how well it holds up!
