As of writing, the chair is half-assembled, from wheels to arm rests. According to the dimensions on the product, the seat adjusts from 13.5 to 18.5 inches from the floor. But when I tried to measure it against my desk height, the lowest it sits is 17 inches from the floor. The floor to seat height is significant as my keyboard slider is 23.5 inches from the floor. I need to know what am I missing here or assured that the seat height will adjust lower when fully assembled.
