First, this product does take quite a while to arrive, but it's expected since it's coming from overseas (mine took 20 days). Instructions are completely in Chinese so you'll have to look at the product images for help adjusting and changing lighting.The keys don't click, which I'm ok with since this isn't advertised as a mechanical keyboard. But if you want a keyboard that will give you that crisp "click" feeling of traditional mechanical keyboards, this is not for you.Here's my 2 biggest issues. The biggest is the mouse charging port (see photos). It's so tight that NONE of my 6 micro USB chargers, nor the one supplied with the keyboard, fit the mouse. The rubber outside the charging tip collides with the plastic of the mouse. I spent days trying to find one and eventually, one from a friend's vape pen fit so I traded. The other issue is a deal breaker: keys get missed when typing. I wanted this to work so badly because there simply aren't many options for wireless light-up keyboards, but this occasionally misses keys when typing quickly. It's not super frequent, although it happens daily. I've only noticed it when typing quickly, so if you're a slow typer this might not effect you at all.Overall I can't recommend this one. I did NOT reach out to the seller, considering how long this too to arrive I'm ok with cutting my losses and ordering a good wired mechanical keyboard.The font used for the numbers makes them very hard to read. I have forgotten to charge these up occasionally and get the 'non response' problem but charging them takes care of that quickly. I would call that a user error.It is a WIRELESS LED gaming keyboard and mouse.Works with the NVIDIA SHIELD TV not a bad choice if you just need basic keyboard & mouse function. For REAL GAMING this is not the keyboard for you. KEYS ARE LARGEFor my father who is gaming on the NVIDIA SHIELD TV playing campaign (NOT online multiplayer) this works out perfect for him – As of myself this was NOT good for online multiplayer games – mouse feels light & cheap.Light color GREAT & BATTERY LIFE AMAZINGMy son is very happy with the keyboard and mouse. He uses it for playing on PS4.If the wireless keyboard & mouse are rechargeable, it should have described what contents would be in the keyboard and mouse, such as battery type, USB cable and its bluetooth adaptor?You will likely throw away the dongle thing you need to connect the device to your PC, then wonder why you bothered waiting 5 weeks for this unit to arrive. #wasteI tried calling customer service and I got no reply. The USB connector only worked to connect either keyboard or the mouse but not both. I tried it in another computer and the same issue. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.Delivery was faster than expected. Easy installation and this is a really solid, cool product. Backlighting is awesome on the mouse and keyboard! Highly recommend! I run Windows 10 and the installation took only seconds.For an "unknown brand" (at least to me) and for its price point, this little Wireless RGB Keyboard and Mouse combo was well worth the $$$.I have only had it for a couple days so far but its all working great and the lighting effects (although somewhat limited) are really bright and vibrant.As I am not really a "gamer" (persay), I more bought this set as an ambiance piece for my media set up and I think its pretty darn good!!!I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!Les fonctions de base d'un clavier sont bien. That was the deal breaker for me. Other than that, the keyboard is very sturdy, mouse fit well for my hand, the colors are great and a little configurable. I never had any issues with them, they always got all my keyboard clicks, unlike reported by another user. Another negative is the recharging port in the mouse: it has 2 plastic rails that will block practically any common usb from fitting, only the cable that came with the product fits. And now I accidentally broke the cable, can't recharge my mouse anymore... :(Keyboard and mouse installed flawlessly - but after a few weeks of use, the mouse laser stopped working. It turns on briefly after turning on the mouse, but seconds later it turns off again. Doesn't register movement or clicks even when fully charged. Keyboard works fine, but will have to return the whole set, unfortunately.very good keyboard
