No software to adjust the rgb and I don’t really know what’s up with the Philips branding? The wireless charging is kinda weird, you have to find the sweet spot to get it to workUPDATE: Adding 1 star because I found it does seem to charge, even with case on, if the lights are off. So I guess there's just not enough power to charge a phone and keep the lights on. I would still recommend buying a cheaper light only mat and use a separate charger.On the plus side the mat looks very good in a dim/dark room and is nice and smooth for the mouse. It unrolled and flattened out nicely after a couple days. But save yourself some money and get one at half the cost, or less, without the charger and use your own. Here there are 3 main issues I've had with this mat.1) It just doesn't charge my Samsung S20 Ultra even without a case. It would have been fine if it just slow charged, but it doesn't even do that. I used the included cable and plugged it into a Samsung fast wall charger. When I put my phone on the mat every 2-3 seconds it switches between Fast charging, normal charging, and not charging. If I leave it there without touching it for hours it ends up a couple percent lower than it started. I have a thin case, but also tested without a case at all and the same thing happened.2) Worse than just not charging I think there's an issue with it trying to charge that resets the mats light color. After some time, sometimes 5-10min, sometimes much longer, the mat color changes, I think to default hence reset. So to get the color I want back I need to click through them again. Not a big deal, but a little annoying. This only happens when charging and inconsistently, if I don't charge my phone the color I set seems to stay just fine.3) The color looks pretty good in a dim/dark room. However if the room is well lit the color looks really washed out. I have red led lights on my PC that look fine in a well lit room, so I don't think it's too much to hope that a mat could also. However if this was the only issue I'd probably give 4 stars.Mousepad itself seems like good quality. The charging pad is pretty decent.1 star because the RGB lighting won't stay lit for more then 5 seconds. I've tried multiple USB cables and USB power bricks but the lighting won't stay on. In the process of seeing if Philips has any recommended fixes. If something good comes from that or if I get a replacement that's working I'll update this review. Hopefully I just got a bad egg.EDIT:I got a refund and bought a second one just to see. As long as I don't change the color, the lighting will stay on. Once I change the colors the lighting will go off every few seconds until I unplug and plug back in. So it works and looks great... but it's a little funky. I took apart the first one and fiddled with it until I got the same results which is that I have to unplug and plug it back in if I want to change colors and for it to stay on.Product works as intended. My mouse glides smoothly over it, there are several color options to choose from, and the wireless charging works great (just make sure to plug it into an outlet and NOT a computer).The product does say you can change the RGB intensity, but anytime you try to double tap it will just change the color. Also, keep in mind that the RGB strip is sewed into the sides so it may be irritating for some people, but I haven't had an issue with it so far.Overall its a great product and I would recommend it if you're looking for a large mouse pad with RGB lighting and a wireless charger.Rgb is nice and the wireless charger built in works BUT it is definitely not a fast charger as described in the decription. It is a thick pad and the RGB plastic casing is very hard and will start to hurt your wrist if you have the gaming style I do of not lifting your wrist much while using your mouse. For the price, can't really ask for much more though. It is a really sturdy product for the money.*Amazing for the Price*RGB actually looks great despite it not being able to be integrated into my lighting system. Just make sure to lay some things on it to flatten it when you first unroll it. Mine was pretty flat right away. Included cable is braided which is nice. Shocked this is $29, great bargain if you're not looking for a perfect, high end gaming mouse pad....I bought the large pad without charger, I thought it was ugly and I already had one....very happy with this product!Using the RGB with Razer isn’t easy, Phillips does not make anything easy. It is nice for gaming, smooth as heck. The phone charger is awesome, just don’t use a case or pop socket on your phone. I want to upgrade to Razer, but I’m not in a big hurry because this pad works nicely.Good product, works as advertised. Led isnt crazy bright but perfectly bright enough. Doesn't really add anything to comfort so I didn't give it a perfect score. Charger is fairly good on 2020-21 high end phones.En términos generales, es un buen mouse pad. Cabe perfectamente un teclado completo con todo y reposa-muñecas, el mouse se mueve con facilidad.La luz tiene buen brillo, durante el día no se nota mucho (En mi caso por qué mi escritorio esta junto a una ventana), conformé va atardeciendo ya se nota más la luz.Funciona de maravilla , el cargador carga mi iPhone 11 sin problema mientras hago tarea o juego en la pc el rgb es uno por uno no es homogéneo . Es un producto muy bueno si lo agarras en 800 MXN no compres si está en 1100 MXN. Si quieres SYNC opta por Razer o alguna otra marca .Muy buen mouse pad, no hagan caso a lo de michael kors, es solo de philips, el iluminado es sencillo pero bueno, la carga es genial, el mouse desliza sin problemas y el tamaño es ideal para un teclado sin las teclas de numeros, digo cabe uno completo pero deja poco espacio para el mouse, estoy muy contento con mi compra!Va de maravilla, lo principal que es por lo que lo compré, es la carga inalámbrica, lo conecté directo al puerto 3.1 de mi MOBO y la carga es muy rápida (iPhone 11), el RGB es bueno, tiene 8 o 9 sets de luz y la calidad es buena, se siente muy bien al estar jugando.Muy bien al principio, encantado con la carga inalámbrica, solo que nunca pude aplanar las curvas que se hicieron en el mousepad y después de tiempo se apagaron sus luces rgb, se fueron haciendo más tenues, quisiera una devolución
